山口県防府市にある「ラーン・アンド・グロー」は、生徒を中心に授業を進める英語学校です。何よりも生徒のことを第一に考える学校です。
ラーン・アンド・グローの講師は小学校や高等学校で外国人補助講師（ＡＬＴ）として活躍しています。また保育園や幼稚園の英語活動、大人向けの個別やグループレッスン、本校のコア・レッスン・プラン開発と改良にも励んでいます。生徒のニーズに対応し、広い範囲で活動しています。
他校と異なり、ラーン・アンド・グローのスタッフは講師としての経歴が長いため、確実に生徒の英語能力が向上します。さらに、年に１～２回、小学生を対象にＪＥＴ（ジュニア・イングリッシュ・テスト」検定を受検させ、学習進捗を測っています。
大人の場合はそれぞれのニーズを配慮し、授業をいたします。必ずお客様の目標が達成できるように心がけて指導いたします。
防府市はとても小さな町ですが、ラーン・アンド・グローの卒業生の中では地元を離れ、数々の名門校に進学しています。山口大学、早稲田大学、京都大学、なんとバンコク大学などにめでたく入学した者が何人もいます！
また留学のサポートもしっかりしているので、現在タイ、カナダへと留学中の生徒もいます。来年はイギリス留学を控えている生徒が日々スキルアップに励んでいます。

Learn & Grow
Learn & Grow is a student-centric English school, based in Hofu, Yamaguchi Prefecture. The students always come first.
Catering to a wide student body, teachers at Learn & Grow work as ALT’s at elementary and high schools, visit kindergartens and nursery schools, instruct adults, both privately and in group lessons, as well as developing and improving the core lessons at the Learn & Grow main office.
The staff members at Learn & Grow, unlike many other schools, are all experienced teachers of English, and so a heavy focus is placed on student achievement and improvement. To this end, most of the younger students are required to take the JET test, either on an annual or bi-annual basis.
Adult students are catered for by need, though language goals and achievement always remain paramount.
In a roll call unrepresentative of such a small town, alumni of Learn & Grow have gone onto universities including Yamaguchi Daigaku, Waseda, Kyodai, even Bangkok University!
